Jupiter Venus Conjunction: Lakshmi & Saraswati’s Union

Depiction of the Jupiter Venus conjunction represented by Goddesses Lakshmi and Saraswati together, symbolizing prosperity and wisdom in Vedic astrology.

A powerful blessing resides where Guru & Shukra sit conjunct in a horoscope.

Hari Om Namo Narayana!

I have one sentence for this conjunction: ‘Lakshmi’ and ‘Sarasvati’ together.

  1. In ‘Tantra’, ‘Lakhsmi’ or ‘Kamla’ is the goddess ruling Venus and ‘Taara’ is the goddess ruling Jupiter. ‘Taara’ is actually a ‘tantric’ form of ‘Saraswati’ as she guards hidden knowledge.
    1. That’s kind of what the conjunction of both Jupiter and Venus can be like. However, there is a little rider here. Every heard of the phrase “Too much of a good thing is a bad thing”?
    2. Make no mistake, it is a great conjunction and potentially showers the native with all the good things in life.
      1. Good family, friends, relatives, abundance, prosperity etc.
      2. Most probably, the native also has a taste for all the good things in life.
      3. The only problem here is that the native tends to not do so well in testing circumstances unless the malefic planets in the chart are also well placed.
  2. See what happens in this conjunction is, and this is something you are free to analyze in the charts of the greatest personalities in the world;
    1. What happens is that when you go through tough times, you become stronger and this translates to a lot of dominance in good times.
    2. However, when your life is naturally more aligned towards the good things, you may tend to not do so well when you are dealt a rough hand.
    3. Apart from that, everything is good. Everyone has their own life journey and learning and development process so there’s no one way for life and development to be.
  3. Venus is the ‘daitya guru’ ‘shukracharya’ and in charge of blessing the native with all the material pleasures and tastes.
  4. Jupiter is ‘deva guru’ ‘brihaspati’ and in charge of blessing the native with all the esoteric gifts and optimism.
  5. So together, when these two ‘gurus’ come along, you can say for sure that the native is blessed with good friends, good family life, good spouse and good relationships as well.
    1. Why good relationships in general?
    2. Because Venus rules relationships since it rules the natural 7th house. When Jupiter is placed with Venus, he is expanding Venusian significations in the native’s life.
  6. The native may have a love for fine clothes, fine dining, fashion, self care products and all the ‘bling bling’ new-age gadgets and utilities.
    1. In the same way, Venus has the impact of enhancing the beauty of things and when placed with Jupiter, it gives the native a very good sense of morality, philosophy and ability to think, teach and grow.
    2. The native is able to use their wisdom constructively in order to gain a better status and position in the material plane.
  7. These people actually are themselves great advisors, councilors, teachers, therapists and friends.
    1. They could do well in any area that has to do with building and sustaining relationships as well as finances, management, beautification and comforting. Therefore, they could do very well in client servicing, hospitality, luxury, apparel and body care.
    2. So there are very good impacts of having these two great benefic planets together.
  8. The only shadow side is that the person quite often lacks the ability to do the ‘grunt work’.
    1. For example, unless there are strong malefic planets also in the chart, the native is highly unlikely to be an Entrepreneur.
    2. Yes they could be a second or third generation businessman born and raised in a business family, however, highly unlikely that the could practice ‘austerity’ and keep their requirements in check and go for extended periods on a low budget for all the good things that they need to sustain themselves and their lifestyle.
  9. Sometimes, if placements are not too good in the 6th house or the ‘nakshatra’ placements aren’t good enough, this can show a person who quite often tends to be in debt because of their extravagant lifestyle.
    1. But since they have the luck, they always tend to wiggle out of any problematic situation also. Money and help just comes along from somewhere.
    2. So apart from this disadvantage, everything else is very good about this conjunction.
  10. However, there is always a solution to any problem. In this case, I’d like to remind you of something interesting.
    1. You know how whenever these two goddesses are prayed to together, you always have ‘Ganesha’ along with them?
    2. That’s the balancing aspect; ‘Ketu
  11. So people with this conjunction, in order to guard themselves from the negative aspects of the conjunction as I highlighted above, should make it a point to thoroughly integrate ‘Ganesha’ worship before any task they perform and preferably at the very beginning of every day.
    1. There are a couple more things to keep in mind to harness the energy of this conjunction to the best degree:
      1. This is a very ‘Saatvic’ conjunction so please refrain from ‘taamsic’ life if you want this conjunction to bless you with abundance.
      2. At the very least, I understand in this fast paced life, living and functioning within the material plane, it’s difficult to go on a fast and abstain and regulate your food and drink. However, even if just for two days, Thursday and Friday, the native should keep them non veg and alcohol free. This much is manageable.
    2. In fact, if you can do ‘mantra’ chanting using a ‘sphatik’ rosary on both days, that would be even better!
    3. In addition, if you can do charity on both days, at whichever level you are capable of, that is also really good.
  12. Don’t participate in any unlawful activities with this conjunction. Especially not gambling. I say especially because that is potentially what you could be most drawn to. Refrain from that.
    1. Further the scope of success in stock markets etc can only be analyzed by studying the chart in depth. Usually it is good for people with this conjunction however please don’t go and start investing based on just a general statement here. I’m sharing it for knowledge.
    2. This is because success in stock markets is analyzed from many other things. Just by looking at a conjunction one can’t comment with full efficacy.

Hope this helps.
