Cup 30/30 — The Gate | “30 Cups Of Clarity”

30 Cups of Clarity banner with coffee cup theme and message on reset, discipline, and conscious living

Thirty days ago, I began writing this series almost ritualistically.

Each morning, I would sit down with a cup of coffee and share something honestly — reflections drawn from years of experience working with individuals from around the world, from my own journey, and from countless drafts and thoughts that had accumulated over time.

What began as a simple experiment slowly turned into something deeper.

Memories resurfaced.

Old photographs found their way back into the light.

Ideas that had lived quietly in notebooks for years began to take shape.

And today we arrive at Cup 30 of 30.

The final cup.

It feels fitting that the image accompanying today’s post is the gate of Badrinath.

Because gates are fascinating things.

They are endings and beginnings at the same time.

Every meaningful journey eventually brings you to one.

You stand there for a moment — aware of everything that brought you this far, aware of the road behind you, aware of the road ahead.

And then you step through.

Not dramatically.

Not with noise.

Just quietly.

Because the real journeys in life rarely announce themselves.

They simply unfold.

Looking back at these thirty cups, one realization stands out more clearly than anything else:

Life is not a straight path of achievement.

It is a series of chapters.

Some chapters are about building.

Some chapters are about breaking away.

Some chapters are about learning.

And some chapters are about returning to yourself.

This series has been, in many ways, a closing of one chapter.

And standing at the gate of Badrinath feels like the perfect place to acknowledge the opening of another.

Over the past several years, my work has grown beyond individual sessions and programs into a deeper body of ideas and methods.

To give this work a proper home, I’m beginning a new phase through Kaushal Media & Publications — an initiative dedicated to cultivating and publishing serious thought at the intersection of Vedic astrology, psychology, and strategic life understanding.

Alongside upcoming book releases, I will also begin hosting live lecture webinars on selected Sundays, where we will explore important topics in depth.

These sessions will be live, focused, and independent — each lecture stands on its own, so you can join whichever topic resonates with you.

The first series will explore:

Rahu, Ketu, and the Axis of Karma

Further details and the first lecture date will be announced shortly.

This marks the beginning of a more structured effort to curate, cultivate, and publish knowledge in this field.

And so the series ends exactly where a good journey should end.

At a gate.

A place where you pause, acknowledge the road behind you, and then step forward.

Quietly.

Because the most important journeys in life are rarely about arrival.

They are about having the courage to keep walking.

Cup 30 of 30.

Thank you for walking this stretch of the road with me.

  1. I read almost all the posts, but I did miss some full posts which I will read later. I just wanted to say thank you so much! Before reading them, I was like, “It’s going to be motivation, so I should work hard and it’s going to act as a daily dose of ‘push yourself’ for me.”
But honestly, you taught us how to live, man! Not all success is about money or hard work, etc. You taught us to stop chasing unwanted things and external validation. You also shared some of your vulnerabilities, which made me think, “No way, he has vulnerabilities. I thought he was always successful and full of wisdom from the day he was born 🤣.”
So thanks for reminding me that I don’t have to change anything to become successful—only to be mindful of where I focus my energy. And in that process of hard work, not to forget to be compassionate.

    1. Hari Om! ✨Anupama ji, I am so glad it struck a chord with you. Thank you so much for sharing your thoughts here. The entire series is going to be organized in the Library section by today or tomorrow and will provide for an easy access and reference whenever you wish. Stay tuned. Lots more come in this space! 🫶

      1. Thank you, Coach. Please take care of yourself, and my blessings to you and your family.🙏
